What to Wear to The Girlie Show?
Okay...I need some help here. Of course, this isn't full on outfitted with correct accessories and heels and hair and makeup, but it gives you an idea of my choices for the show. What should I wear?
This is Option One sans pugs and maybe sans tights...not sure how I feel about all the color.

Stroller Brigade
We have the best neighbors ever on our block...and great friends they are. Counting Flynnie, there have been 2 boys born on our side of the block and 7 born on the other. Seven currently still live here...and it's so much fun. We went with the Oldfields and the Currans recently to a great pizza place on the Paseo just a few blocks from the hood. So, here we all are with our strollers and little ones...it was quite a site and so much fun! We love our block!!! It's going to be such a blast all the boys growing up and playing together!

Sweet Faces
Here's a cute video of baby boy from June 22...it's been a while since I've been able to upload, so I will post in consecutive order even though it is over a month late. He is making lots of cute faces, crying, smiling...learning everything.

Flynn's Birth Announcement
We finally got these done and out today...woo hoo.
I just love this..my little rocker! We're gonna frame one of these poster size for Flynnie's room. JD's graphic designer did a fabulous job on these...a treasure.

Self Portrait Tuesday
Me and my angel.
I just got this new sling at Target...love it and so does the boy. It's real snug and keeps him close..looks like a little cocoon. My girl Amy is gonna make me another one too, but in black...I got some kickin' fabric at ReproDepot...can't wait to wear that one. It's fun to wear him around in it...and he just looks up at me and checks out the house and what's going on...so sweet.

Self Portrait Tuesday
I took this of my shadow in front of the house at 32 weeks pregnant. I've been missing being pregnant lately...almost jealous of girls I see and know that are pregnant. I guess it's the anticipation feeling that was so exciting and now, that's gone and it's real life and I have a baby and it's super scary and overwhelming. Flynn is such a joy and am so glad he's here in our lives now. Life is so bizarre.

Hiccups
Flynnie has the hiccups...it's so cute! He had them in my belly...he has them now...all the time. This video was on June 1...he was 5 days old.

The coolest diaper bag ever
My girl, Cari, at MottoKitty (gotta give some props) made it for me. She makes the cutest bags. I wanted a cool diaper bag so we discussed all that I needed and she hooked me up. I wanted something I could use other than looking like a mommy bag, so we used my logo from my business cards and she made the design on my bag. I so love this. It's a must have and holds a ton! She'll make you one too...check her out...www.motokitty.com! She sent me a purse too which is darling. She's a scooter chick and in The Girlie Show...can't beat that.
My little goober pea
This baby is so funny. I'm still laughing over this pose. Of course the pants are huge on him and up to his armpits, but I love him. And, his socks are finally fitting him. He can't wear his preemie stuff anymore...whoo hoo. We're growing up! He's over 6 pounds...going to get weighed this week to see where he's at.
I started back to work last week, I totally cried the first day...it was so bizarre leaving him after being with him 24/7. I'm okay now, but do miss his little sweet face. I would rather be with him, but ya know, ya gotta pay the bills sometimes....sucks!

Baby Wardrobe Remix
These shots crack me up. Some day he will get to wear new born clothes. Pretty much everything he can wear right now are preemie sizes. I have some cute stuff coming once he gets bigger. It's so funny how he's either yawning or unhappy in these shots.

I'm a momma!
My baby boy was born Saturday, May 26, 2007. Yes, I'm a little late in posting this info...but you know...I've been a little busy. I never imagined I wouldn't have time to do anything I normally did in my life before. All I want to do is sleep after nursing. This is a big job, but it doesn't really matter because he is so wonderful.
Flynn is now 3 1/2 weeks old and has changed so much already. We are trying to keep up with photos as well, but that is even a challenge. I will post more soon. He is an amazing little human. I'm a lucky girl for sure!

Baby Shower Time
My girlfriends threw us a wonderful baby shower this weekend. It was so perfect. Becky opened her home and Angi, Dawn and Marilyn hosted with her. It was so pretty and about 30 of my friends and family came. I just wish I could have visited with everyone longer...it went by so fast. They got us some wonderful thoughtful gifts and opening everything was so much fun. Flynn will totally be stylin' in all his cute gear. Thank girls for making this a wonderful time for me. I loved it!
